The 'Lounge Bar' is a comfortable friendly bar, which will be hosting Karaoke nights most Saturday nights, after home matches.
The 'Function Room' is available to hire for private parties and fundraisers. There is no hire charge as long as the bar is open or if it is for a registered charity.
For all private parties, security must be present. This can be organised by the club at a cost of £40. The kitchen can also be used for private parties to organise buffets and teas.

Pitch Dimensions - 107 yds * 68 yds
Capacity - 3000 approx (270 approx)
Covered Terracing on all sides of pitch. Two Burger stalls, one at each end of the ground. Two sets of outside toilets, one at each end of the ground. Four turnstiles, two at each side of main stand. Floodlights are also present.
Dungannon Swifts FC have been praised considerably for the condition the pitch has been kept in. It is considered one of the best playing surfaces in Northern Ireland. The groundsmen must take a lot of credit for all their hard work!

There is a fully floodlit grass training pitch just past the Social club. This is used by the players to warm up before matches and mid-week training.
